What is the Right of Withdrawal?

 

The right of withdrawal, pursuant to the Regulation on Distance Contracts, is the consumer's right to withdraw from the contract and to request the full refund of the price paid, without any deduction, for sales made on the internet.

What are the products that are not within the scope of the Right of Withdrawal?

 

  • Products that are specially produced for you upon your request or that have been made special for you by making changes or additions.

  • Products that are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene.

  • Products that have been printed on by you or by us upon your pre-order request

 

Under Which Conditions Cannot Change?

 

  • No change is made on discounted or campaigned products.

  • No change is made when the product to be changed is used, washed or processed. 

  • If the product to be replaced is damaged, no change is made.

  • If the packaging of the product is damaged, no change is made.

  • If the parts that are out of the package or box of the product are sent to us incomplete, no change is made.

 

Under Which Conditions Can the Product Not Be Returned?

 

  • The product to be returned is not refundable when it has been used, washed or processed.

  • If the product to be returned is damaged, it is not refundable.

  • Returns are not accepted if the packaging of the product is damaged.

  • Returns are not accepted when the parts that are out of the package or box of the product are sent to us incompletely.

 

What Is The Return Or Exchange Period? 

 

It is 7 days.


Who Pays the Return Shipping Fee ? 

 

Return shipping fee belongs to us. However, once the product is changed; After a second exchange or product exchange, when the return of the product is requested, the shipping fee belongs to the other party.

 

 

How Does the Return Process Work?

Create a return request on the My Orders page for the product you want to return. Or contact us at our contact number. After creating a return request, you must send the product you want to return with YURTİÇİ KARGO to the address Yenişafak Mahallesi 1165 street no:1 Merkezefendi / Denizli within 7 days.
